Job Overview:

Limpopo-Lipadi Wildlife & Wilderness Reserve is seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee lodge operations, guest experience, and marketing strategies. This role includes oversight of the hospitality department to ensure exceptional service delivery and seamless operations while driving marketing, sales, and business development to position the reserve as a premier destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee lodge operations, ensuring high-quality experience and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, shareholder engagement, and bookings.
• Lead sales initiatives, corporate partnerships, and business development efforts.
• Supervise digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Act as the primary liaison between shareholders, guests, and industry stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize strategies for growth. Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality management and marketing, preferably in eco-tourism or conservation lodges.
• Strong leadership, business development, and guest experience management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, brand management, and stakeholder engagement.
• A passion for conservation and sustainable tourism
