Welcome to our new website. QPD has been in business for nearly 17 years and we have extended our scope to include a variety of new courses. With this in mind, it was decided that we needed a fresh and modern look which included a change in our logo that would be in keeping with our core values, our identity and that would reflect our approach to training.

QPD has always strived to deliver quality training that is relevant, based on the current needs of industry and the sector, and that equips the learner with portable knowledge and skills that can be translated into the workplace. This demands that we continuously look at what we are doing, that we are flexible and remain open to change, and that we constantly improve on our methods and presentation of courses. An essential part of this is that we aim to build relationships with our clients thus allowing us to remain in touch with what they want and need in terms of training and development.

Our look may thus have changed but our vision remains unchanged namely to position ourselves as a well known world class training provider, offering nationwide affordable SAQA accredited training, development and assessments for trainers and employees.

To all new visitors to our website, we extend a warm welcome and we encourage both “old and new” visitors to give us a call or drop us an email so that we can establish and extend our relationships. We are always available to discuss your training needs, answer any questions that you may have, assist you with identifying training needs and drawing up development plans.

New features on our website include a proposed schedule of public workshops, online registration, and detailed course information for all our learning programmes, to name a few. Visitors to our website can also read our newsletters, or “Meet us”. This all makes for a more user-friendly website where you can access the information that you need with the minimum of fuss.

I would like to conclude with the following quote by Aristotle as it aptly sums up what we believe:

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
