SENIOR EVENTS SPECIALIST

We need an expert in controlled chaos; a Senior Events Specialist to scrub in on unforgettable brand experiences. You’ll plan, manage and execute with clinical accuracy – from live activations to high-end productions, ensuring every detail lands with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute high-profile events and brand activations from concept to completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, engaging, and on-brand experiences.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and suppliers with precision and professionalism.
• Develop event strategies that align with client objectives and agency creativity.
• Ensure flawless delivery, post-event evaluation, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management and/or brand activations. (preferably in an Agency environment).
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics, budgets, and large-scale productions.
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
