SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive with the intuition of a strategist and the stamina of a surgeon. You’ll be the vital link between our clients and creative teams, translating business goals into powerful campaigns that cut straight to the heart of brand success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow client relationships through trust, insight, and proactive communication.
• Translate briefs into actionable creative direction and ensure flawless campaign delivery.
• Coordinate cross-departmental workflows, keeping projects on time, on budget, and on brand.
• Identify new business opportunities and support strategic pitches and proposals.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to both clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account management within an advertising or marketing Agency.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, production timelines, and marketing strategy.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and a knack for keeping cool under pressure.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to balance creative ambition with client realities.
• A valid driver’s licence
