SENIOR ART DIRECTOR

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Art Director with multimedia mastery and Agency scars to prove it (7+ years in the game). You think in storyboards, breathe in pixels, and operate on tight deadlines with steady creative hands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative execution of campaigns across digital, print, and motion platforms.
• Translate strategic briefs into bold, original concepts that cut through the noise.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and clients to deliver powerful creative solutions.
• Oversee production to ensure every pixel, frame, and layout meets Design Surgery’s precision standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of proven Agency experience in art direction, design, and multimedia.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and motion/animation tools (Ae, Pr, etc.).
• A portfolio that demonstrates versatility, creativity, and campaign impact.
• Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling ability, visual problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A valid driver’s licence
